Yeah, that took just about forever. Fortunately, “Archive and Install” actually manages to preserve 99.9% of my stuff. The only things I had to do again were user account images.
Since it fucked up half way through last time, I’m going to wait a few days before trying again, see if anything pops up about it on my regular tech sites.
